According to Announcement No. 17 of 2025 issued by the State Taxation Administration, effective October 1, enterprises exporting goods through agents must accurately report the basic information of the actual principal (i.e., the entity that actually produces and sells the exported goods) at the time of export.
To ensure compliance, you are required to complete the registration of the actual production and sales enterprise for exported goods in our system, confirming that this entity is the actual exporter for the corresponding small parcel export business. The customer information maintenance page is now live (please contact us for the registration portal). Please complete the registration promptly. Failure to provide the required information may result in order placement or customs clearance issues. Any subsequent changes will be communicated separately.
